We have several products you will want to have on hand this winter. Covers your workbench stuff and keeping your cars and small engines in check.
Waterless Wash, cleaner, polish in a can
First just keeping finishes clear of contaminants is something to consider. We now have our line of detail products but one old standby that has been a staple for AMSOIL customers for decades is the Miracle Wash!
It safely lifts dust making it able to be wiped off safely on your best finishes. Flip the towel over and buff in the wax for more protection. Works on glass too. Miracle Wash is a true waterless car wash. It is in stock at Stan Houston’s as well.
The fuel additive that solves multiple problems – Quickshot
The next product which I just used last night is the Quickshot! I’ll never let my snow blower 
go without at least an ounce in the tank. Solves the issues from carbon build-up on valves, stabilizes fuel and if it’s really bad, dissolves deposits from old fuel.
If you run 10% ethanol or not sure if it’s in your fuel Quickshot was designed to prevent phasing or water separation which will really cause issues. Quickshot is great for all small engines. You can use it as a short term stabilizer but most of my customers love the performance they get with it in outboard marine use.
Works in all carbureted, fuel injection and 2-cycle engines. Not for diesel.
Just get out there and clean that dash – One product makes it easy w/o the difficult clean-up
The next product you should have is the new AMSOIL Interior Detailer (with lemon scent). I find in the summer I never have time to detail and just clean the interior of any of my cars. Even the show cars – they just get a quick wipe after I’m at the show!! But now that winter is here I can warm up the garage and finally get it done because the car nor I am going anywhere in this snow.
This can be sprayed on everything. Cleans very effectively leaving no oily residue. One of the only cleaners I have used which you don’t have to mask anything off. Screens, leather steering wheel, plastic over gauges, dash, glass, controls, etc.
This can also be order w/o any scent but why would you not want just the slightest lemon? I think they could have enhanced it more. (I think I’ll complain about that – we want more lemon)
Coolant Boost Coolant Solutions but in Winter!
Needed for reliable engine warm-up
The AMSOIL Coolant Boost has a unique formulation which 1/3rd of that should interest 
you in these blistering cold winter months. Most coolant additives are designed for a single aspect – slightly lower coolant temps by helping the coolant get more heat transferred to the surface. But that product is limited to one heat range. The AMSOIL “Dominator” Coolant Boost (RDCB) had two high temp ranges and a 3rd low temp range additive. So what does that mean??
Faster warm-ups in cold weather. Basically engine heat gets transferred to where it’s needed earlier. When that happens detonation gets easier for both carbureted and fuel injection. I tested this on several cars where you needed the coolant channel under the carb to get things going. Another which relies on the coolant to warm the transmission fluid.
One bottle treats up to 16 quarts of coolant. Use one ounce for every quart if system capacity.
Oh and what’s this I hear on the radio? Someone recently was spreading news that it’s best not to let your engine warm up at all!! WTF?
Ok, and my personal favorite which I just used cleaning some corroded battery terminals in a cat toy. The AMSOIL MP spray! The AMP – small red can.. There are two versions.. This one is the most versatile spray lubricant protectant. I use it on circuit boards, stuck carbs, hoses, door hinges, electrical contacts and anything rusted together. So many uses. Even works great cleaning bicycle chains or things before the heavy washing. It also displaces moisture instantly.
I have a can in each work room in the house. Order a case and hand them out to family. They will thank you for it!!
